TILE INSPECTION
We are checking every tile in the crates one by one and make sure that the selection of tiles is matching with your order.
Tiles with cracks, chipped edges and corners, wrong size or thickness and quality problems are separated from the crates.
We ensure packing quality and endurance.
We take photos with minimum three different devices and report specifications above to our clients.
SLAB INSPECTION
During slab inspection, we examine visible cracks on requested selections and sizes. If we identify any crack or selection problem, we ask for your comments before final confirmation.
To approve the selection, we take high quality pictures of bundles and detailed reports prepared by our experts.
We ensure packing quality and endurance. We offer real-time update of the orders quality to our customers.
BLOCK INSPECTION
We provide a detailed report for cracks and selection of the blocks. Along with the report, we also provide any specific information and dimensions requested by our clients with many pictures.
We take high quality pictures of five faces of each block and send to our clients.
During block inspection, we examine visible cracks on requested selections and sizes. If we identify any crack or problem, we ask for your comments before final confirmation.
We provide packing lists both for NET measurements and the GROSS measurements.
Weighting:
We provide official truck weight slips for weight confirmation. If we find out that some parts should be cut from blocks to have a cleaner selection, we ask quarry to cut those parts.
Measurement:
Block measurements are performed based on the problems and defects on the blocks. The measurement is made according to a mutual agreement with the quarry staff.
